Customer Service Manager (CSM)

 

ProjectHelp has the pleasure to announce an increase in the staff with the employment of Mr. Per Øystein Blindheim as the new Customer Service Manager. He is located in Oslo and handles our customers worldwide.

 

Mr Blindheim has an experience as a business consultant and years of experience as Project Manager from one of the world’s largest providers of Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services.

 

The goal

The main goal of the CSM is to ensure that the users have an efficient workday by using ProjectHelp and thus be able to produce more billable hours for the company.

 

How?

The CSM shall be a discussion partner for the users of ProjectHelp on how to be a more efficient and better project oriented organisation.

 

Tools

The tools for the CSM are:

·         The ProjectHelp consulting group, a group of experienced consultants in the ProjectHelp application and Professional Services Automation (PSA).

·         Services, a special team of developers selling customisations of features for customers in the application, or user defined reports etc. The current rate is $ 50 per hour.

 

 

The aim for this position is the improvement of customer service to the most important party involved – you, the customer.

 

The services the CSM will offer are several, all of them with the aim of improving the fulfilment of customer satisfaction and the more efficient use of the ProjectHelp application for your company’s benefit.

 

Some of the services are free of charge, such as:

• The single point of contact for discussions when you feel you need improvements to the product.
• For questions on progress on asked for functionality, bug-fixing progress etc.
• For help with filling in the form for bug reporting or brief pre-study of new functionality/reports asked for.
• Support for customers with separate support agreement.

 

The following services will be charged

• Support for customers without separate support agreement.
• For the need of consulting in various areas, from making of procedures to training over the phone.
• Conducting training/courses for your employees, either as one-to-one training or as a course for several employees. Courses are priced separately.

 

The current hourly rate is USD 125 per hour for services conducted by the CSM. These services will be billed per started half-hour.
