ProjectHelp

ProjectHelp develops, sells and supports a product called ProjectHelp to its customers through a network of subsidiaries and partners throughout Europe and North America.

The company focuses on the development and sale of this software, along with associated consulting, training services and customer support.

This product is optimized for use in Professional and Business Services-oriented organizations worldwide. Its use is intended to help our customers with the planning and execution of their projects, on both a time and financial basis.

Product

ProjectHelp automates Professional Services with a focus on projects. It is 100% web based and has a multitude of capabilities that are organized into modules. The basic module provides for tracking information (organizations, customers, contracts, projects), accounting (expenses, pricing, project) and projects. There are also modules for timesheets, travel receipts, skill management, invoicing, reporting, document management, resource allocation and others. Overall, there is a focus on management reporting for decision making and a major emphasis on the financial aspects of project management.

Integration to other systems is a very important attribute of ProjectHelp and it is already linked to many of the market leading ERP, Payroll and CRM systems, with more are being added on a regular basis.

An SDK (software development kit) for developing interfaces with other products is available for our technology partners. These integrations are developed using XML technology.

Consulting

The ProjectHelp consulting team provides both business and technical advice, acting as a highly valued business partner to our customers. Our consultants have extensive experience in helping our clients capitalize on their investment in ProjectHelp software by optimizing their businesses. They have a profound knowledge of business processes, financial systems and information technology, thus giving them the ability to create solutions that work to the benefit of our large and growing customer base. These consultants are divided into specialty areas including project management, implementation services and business transformations.

History

Frank Myrvang, CEO of ProjectHelp, founded the company in Norway in December of 2000, having purchased the intellectual property from Intraview AS, where the product was initially developed in 1996. International operations were initiated in March/April of 2001, when subsidiaries of ProjectHelp were established in Sweden and Denmark. Further global expansions are currently underway with the initial focus on North America.
